Background
Chicago Collegiate Charter School had a mission worth knowing about. The problem? Not enough families knew it existed. Leadership was searching for more students and thought the answer was hiring a social media manager to keep up with a posting schedule.
They needed more than posts. They needed a system.
The Challenge
The school faced two problems at once: low enrollment numbers and low visibility in the community. Without a clear strategy connecting their story to the right families, posting more content would not move the needle. Awareness without trust does not convert.
The Approach
