Background


Chicago Collegiate Charter School had a mission worth knowing about. The problem? Not enough families knew it existed. Leadership was searching for more students and thought the answer was hiring a social media manager to keep up with a posting schedule.


They needed more than posts. They needed a system.


The Challenge


The school faced two problems at once: low enrollment numbers and low visibility in the community. Without a clear strategy connecting their story to the right families, posting more content would not move the needle. Awareness without trust does not convert.


The Approach


We brought in the Story Driven Enrollment Engine, BAD Media's flagship service. This is not a content calendar. It is a strategic video funnel built to turn attention into applications.


The funnel included high-energy promotional ads to stop the scroll and build urgency, a long-form brand video to give families the full picture of the school's culture and mission, and parent and student testimonials to let the community speak for itself.


All of it was distributed through targeted Meta Ads on Instagram and Facebook, reaching families who were actively looking for the right school for their child.


The Results


400+ qualified leads generated across just two campaigns. Lead generation increased by 125% compared to their previous efforts. The Principal reported being recognized by neighbors who told her they "saw her on Facebook." A school that struggled to be found became a name families trusted before they ever walked through the door.
